Your Best Life
As your Holistic Health Coach, I will help you envision and achieve your “best life.” Working through changes together, we’ll get you on track to enjoying the life you long for; the life you deserve to have. I know firsthand the struggles in dealing with health problems. I also know the joy of recovery and the thrill of a fulfilling life. There is hope. This is doable.

Change is Possible
I grew up in beautiful Vermont by the shores of Lake Champlain.  In my late 20s, I moved to Florida and while there I was exposed to pesticides and several rounds of unnecessary antibiotics which left me severely ill. I developed disabling conditions including Multiple Chemical Sensitivity, Electrical Sensitivity, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, fibromyalgia, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, depression, and anxiety.  I fled to the desert of Arizona where I lived among a community of other Environmentally Ill people.  After a few years, I built my own beautiful and modern home from non-toxic materials.  I spent 15 years studying nutrition, detoxification, herbs, and homeopathy in an effort to relieve symptoms and feel better.  I was finally able to reclaim my life when I discovered Annie Hopper’s Dynamic Neural Retraining System, a program for neuroplasticity brain retraining.  While searching for a way to return to work I heard about the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.  I knew immediately that becoming a certified Health Coach would allow me to share my experience and knowledge; giving to others the hope and second chance at life I was given.

Feeling Alive and Vibrant is Possible
The fast pace of modern life often seems complicated, exhausting, and despair-inducing.  Many people feel fatigued, out of balance, and do not know how to overcome it.  I offer simple, yet powerful ways you can re-connect with yourself, your family, and your life.  What you won’t find here are the latest fads, expensive hyped-up superfoods, or recipes with 20 ingredients that cost a week’s paycheck.  I’m a regular person who guides regular people to improve their lives in a slow, steady, and sustainable way.

Food and exercise are the foundations for lasting health. This may be all you need if you have a few minor health problems or just want to lose a few pounds.  If you want a dramatically different life from the one you have now, you most likely will need a deeper look into your thought patterns, mental and spiritual life, and relationships.

I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition*, where I studied a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods. With my knowledge, we co-create completely personalized actions based on your goals to move you toward your ideal vision of health within your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and resources.
